Getting your bags to you

Your order is delivered by sea or air freight depending on how quickly you require it. We use internationally recognized shipping companies like FedEx, UPS and Globelink to ensure your shipment reaches you on-time, every time.

Custom orders are shipped ex-Kolkata. Typically for a sea shipment you will need to allow between 6 and 12 weeks for delivery from the order's departure date (this varies widely depending on your location). Air shipments can be delivered as quickly as 2 days after departing Kolkata.
